What is Recurvio?

Recurvio is a platform for managing and discovering the multitude of subscription services that exist

Can you automatically identify subscriptions I have?

YES! We work with Plaid to scan your bank data for recurring charges

That’s scary, do you guys poke around my bank account?

NO! We do not pull any additional data than is absolutely necessary to identify subscriptions

Do you store any of my bank data?

Absolutely not! We leverage a service called Plaid to do the legwork for us. We do not keep transaction data OR login data on our servers. We match recurring fees with products we already know about and track it in your account

Will the bank scanner pick up a new subscription?

By default, yes. We have given you the option to turn off continuous scanning in the Settings section of your Account page

Do I have to connect my bank account?

Absolutely not! The bank scanner is an optional tool that was widely requested. You are more than welcome to manage your subscriptions in any way you see fit

What Recurvio subscriptions do you offer and how do they work?

We offer a $1.99 monthly subscription that allows you to automatically discover recurring subscriptions.

Is Recurvio available outside the US?

Technically yes. We don’t stop anyone from tracking services, but all prices are currently listed in USD

How do I access my account?

When you start tracking subscriptions through Recurvio you will be prompted to start with a free account. After successful creation of an account you can head over to the Account page and adjust your options

What if have forgotten my account information?

Just click Log In and use the “forgot my email” and “forgot my password” buttons at the bottom! Your account name is the same email that you receive our monthly analysis emails.

What is your cancellation policy?

You are welcome to cancel your subscription at any time in the settings portion of the Account page. A cancelled subscription will just revert your account back down to the free version of Recurvio. We’ll keep your data if you choose to come back in the future

How do I update my account details, including address and billing information?

At Recurvio we want to make as many things as simple as possible. You can update all these, and more, in the settings tab inside your Account page

When do I get charged?

Members are charged on a monthly basis on their anniversary date. Your Recurvio subscription will automatically be tracked in the same way we track the rest of your subscriptions

Can I refund my subscription if I don’t like it?

We cannot make returns, unfortunately

Can I change the date I’m billed?

No, the billing date is defaulted as the anniversary date

I’m a user and I’ve found incorrect data, what do I do?

I’m a company and I’ve noticed that you have my subscription data incorrectly marked, how do I get this corrected?

Can I suggest new subscriptions to track?

Absolutely! We’ve given you a way to let us know in the Contact Us section
